so what you need is “international stop multitasking and give something your entire focus” day. i think getting too much in the habit of that can be just as limiting and unhealthy as the traditional “running around too much” that slow down week seems to be geared to.

I like the idea of an Internationa Nap All Day Week, Chris! Haha

I only heard about Slow Down Week today. I’ll make up for not being slow during the week to being slow this weekend. Slow to me means doing what I want when I want to do it, with no worries about deadlines or meeting any sort of time tables. A great time to devote to my reading!
