I crossed three things off my list in June.
48. Ride on the back of a motorcycle
I took a ride (and posed) the weekend before my birthday. Thanks again to my friend Ian for doing the driving, and my roommate Jen for setting it up!
65. Purchase a bicycle
I’ve ridden my new bike a number of times now, and I’ve enjoyed myself every time. I even woke up early last Saturday morning to ride along the Mount Vernon trail before it got too hot outside! Now that’s dedication!
71. Support a craftsperson — buy something handmade
I bought a necklace from yukidesigns at Etsy. It’s a mixture of glass, resin, and “exotic wood” beads (all the beads are from Indonesia), with a cotton and suede cord. I think it’ll be nice to wear with casual clothes during the summer.

I love me some etsy.
motorcycles? not so much.
my husband however ADORES them.
I NEED to go on a motorcycle sometime! Your 101 things list is great.
You inspire me to update my own list! But that would be a heck of a long post.
I love your 101 things list – it’s such an amazing idea. I think I might try and write one although then I would have to actually DO the things on it which is kind of scary!
