		<description>Great post! I&#039;ve had people ask me how to stay motivated, how do you keep going and &#039;you just do it&#039; or your &#039;do it anyway&#039; is what I usually find coming out of my mouth. There is no real secret.

Totally agree with the slug feeling. That definitely happens to me when I miss more workouts than I would like to.</description>

However, by the end of the day, it seems easier to call Mr Moi to ask him to pick me up from the station... this was when I was working of course! Now I just do things as they need to be done, i.e. when the baby cries!</description>

I&#039;ve found a new way to keep me motivated! I&#039;ve been checking the days on a calendar in which I do something (any kind of workout, but always more than 15 minutes). The more little checks I see, the more I want to fill the rest of the days with them! I try not to leave more than 2/3 days in a row unchecked, ever.</description>

Something that does it for me is that now people kind of expect it of me. If I don&#039;t feel like walking to work and the weathers nice, then I know that people will ask me why I didn&#039;t walk and if I&#039;m feeling okay. So I do walk- and then I am happy that I did. incidentally, this is also why i floss - so my dentist doesn&#039;t bitch at me. some of us do better with a stick than with a carrot!</description>
