		<description>Spinning is a very good exercise for your entire body.  I had 15% bodyfat before spinning and now I have 5% bodyfat. All you have to do is spinning 3-4 times a week. It has built me like a beast.</description>

I do it in spirts, but when I do, the results are amazing.  It&#039;s difficult for me to make the 5:45 AM classes at the moment.

It tightens my legs like no other exercise has ever done.</description>

I do agree though, you need to have a positive first experience to really get yourself hooked.  A beginners class is so important, not only for the form and language, but also so you don&#039;t feel like a totally out of shape lump compared to your classmates!  (Which is what I felt like the first time I took a class)  It&#039;s just a completely different/intense kind of workout and it helps to ease into it.

For some reason, I can run on a treadmill all the time, but I want my biking to be purely an outdoor pursuit.  I&#039;m looking forward to better weather in Minnesota so that I can start biking to work again.</description>
