Hate blobs of toothpaste, too! At least now that I have my own bathroom, I know they’re my blobs (but I still try to go blobless).

Hmmm…I would say I love it when people open the door behind them for you. It feels like a smack in the face if they let it shut when you’re about to come through.

I hate it when people ONLY like to talk about themselves. Like if you’re talking about something, they’ll jump in with, “well, that happened to me…” The “one-uppers,” as I call them. :-)

Thanks for the post about the comment about being a woman. I was thinking about how on Mother’s Day here at my church they honour all women (and give us all chocolate) on that day because they feel that the qualities that mothers are meant to have – nuturing, caring, support etc etc are things that we all do, regardless of whether we are mothers or not. I tend to agree! That woman sounded silly and probably not overly mature before she had children herself. Grr people like that annoy me!

It’s not only that, though after watching the video, I agree, the “girl until motherhood” statement was more clueless than malicious, but Heather had every right to be angry. I already posted this once (and blogged about it about a week ago), there was an episode last month about childfree by choice websites — without one childfree panelist. Granted, it’s called MOMversation, but really, you think someone could have found at least one guest panelist without children. It would be like if I and other women without children decided to do a video blog about the proper way to discipline your kids.

I actually like the site, and there have been a few topics that have little to do with children — and that interest me. But, I have no delusions: I know I don’t belong there. And I think that last video made it more than evident.

Oh, wow. I don’t like that #2 hate either. Needless to say I don’t have kids. :)

I love evenings with my husband. Hate Brazil’s summer. It is so freaking hot. (PS. I am no where near a pool or beach)
