I've seen some videos of this before and also a clip on TV some months ago. It looks amazing. And I only wish I had the strength and the courage to do it myself...

A guy I work with has been doing this for years out of Primal Fitness and he's ridiculously in shape and capable of doing flips, wall running, etc. despite his size. The downside: doing it too intensely for too many years wrecks your knees and ankles.

I haven't seen this except via videos but it looks like a lot of fun if you're fit enough to do it. Me? Weak ankles. So, no I wouldn't do it but I can understand why people do. Doesn't it remind you of every on foot chase scene you've ever seen in a movie?

That's funny, I just saw a TV documentary here in Germany about aggression in teenage girls, where one of the girls being featured did something exactly like this. She didn't call it by any fancy name, but said that she did it with a friend of hers to help relieve anger and got rid of excess energy and anxiety.

I think there's another name for this sport, but I can't think of it ... anyway, if memory serves, the guy who "created" this so impressed the producers of the Bond films that he was hired for "Casino Royale", and the opening chase sequence (w/ the cranes) was inspired by this sport.

I've actually heard of this, but I'd never seen it in action. Those guys would make amazing stunt doubles! Or gymnasts. Or zombies.
