My little sister Angela (younger by three years) married her fiance, John, this past Saturday at the Glen Allen Cultural Arts Center in Richmond, Va.
These are some of my favorite photos, but you can see many more by viewing the photoset on Flickr.
This is my Dad and my brother Ben, at the rehearsal the night before the wedding. I love Ben’s single raised eyebrow.
Me with my grandmother (my mom’s mom), also at the rehearsal the night before the wedding.
My youngest brother Isaac — this was the result of a recent skateboarding accident (skinned knees and fractured elbow).
My brother Ben walking my mom to her seat before the ceremony on Saturday.
Making my way down the aisle.
The just-married couple.
Me and Ben after the wedding.
Me and my friend Dana (she provided all of the photos I’ve posted of the day-of the wedding).
I was drinking Bacardi mixed with Diet Sprite at the reception. Quite interesting.
And, um, I caught the bouquet. Not for any particular meaning or reason, but because I was standing directly behind Angela when she tossed the flowers in a perfect arc.

Best luck to Angie and John.

Everyone is beautiful!
Looks lovely! What a pretty purple and your sister looks beautiful. What a great couple – congrats to them
What beautiful photos! You look gorgeous, and so do your dresses. Those dresses look like something you really COULD wear again.
And I always am conveniently in the bathroom when they have the bouquet toss. If I’m not there when it’s announced, I run to it!
I agree w/Zipcode: beautiful family and beautiful photos!! Love the color of those dresses.
You caught the bouquet, I’ve always managed to avoid that one!
